The 3rd International Flavor and Fragrance Conference
We´re very pleased to announce confirmed speakers, session topics and pre-conference workshops for The 3rdInternational Flavor and Fragrance Conference, IFFC2019. The conference will be held at the Hotel del Mar, at Viña del Mar, Chile on October 01-04, 2019.
IFFC2019 is the 3rd international conference of its type, after Cartagena de Indias, Colombia (2017) and Wuxi, China (2018). The central theme of the conference will be Unveiling the Mystery of Taste and Smell, from perception to consumer preferences. The conference intends to bring together international and local academic and industrial participants for vibrant exchange of ideas and discussions around the opportunities and challenges in the fields of flavors and fragrances.
IFFC2019 is jointly organized by the Agricultural and Food Chemistry Division, of the American Chemical Society (ACS) and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, USACH, CGNA, PUCV, University of Chile and DICTUC as local organizers.
The official language of the conference will be English.
