Advanced Course “Trends in Enzymology and Biocatalysis” (Rome, 27-31 May 2019) The deadline is set to 29 March 2019.

The course is addressed to graduate students, post-doc and junior faculty. We have an extremely stimulating programme and an excellent panel of speakers, from both academia and private sector. Lectures will be presented in the mornings. They will be followed, after lunch, by facilitated small group discussions including, where appropriate, demonstrations and simulations. Participants will be encouraged to present posters in the late afternoon sessions, and to take the opportunity for individual discussions with the speakers, who will be available throughout the course. By providing a forum to enhance the participation of junior scientists in a stimulating, yet relaxed and informal atmosphere, similar to that of the US-based Gordon Research Conferences, this Advanced Course will offer participants a chance to enhance their knowledge and develop new scientific and personal relationships.
